Premium participated at Fi Africa 2023 recently held at Egypt International Exhibition Centre from 28 to 30 May 2023, Africa’s largest food and beverage market and the region’s most dynamic consumer goods market.
Food Ingredients (Fi) Africa is an annual dedicated ingredient sourcing event for the Egyptian and wider African F&B manufacturing industry. With over 10,000 visitors from more than 20 countries and over 350 exhibitors were involved.
Premium showcased range of specialty fats and refined oils as well as serving finished product; chocolates. A live demonstration with executive pastry chefs in preparing the chocolates were conducted during this event. Thus, number of visits from both existing and potential customers made it all impactful for Premium brand.
