The most influential annual food and beverage (F&B) manufacturing event in the world, Gulfood Manufacturing (GFM) was held recently from 7 to 9 November 2023 at Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE. This year’s edition bringing together more than 2,000 exhibitors from 69 countries and over 36,000 visitors came from all over the world – a prefect opportunity to showcase products and application solutions as well as expanding the market globally.
This year once again, Premium presenting at GFM by displaying all products and application solutions to the customers. Delicious treats made from our specialty fats were served too – sustainable, healthy and tasty chocolates, ice creams, spreads and more!
On top of that, the highlight of three (3) days show was model of the Burj Khalifa, standing at 58 inches tall that made with our very own cocoa butter substitute (CBS), N’CHOX; 21 kg of chocolate comprising of 34% of N’CHOX. It took 65 days to create the chocolate mould of the 3D design replica with precision planning and calculations to bring our delightful chocolate of Burj Khalifa to life.
It was successful outing at Gulfood Manufacturing 2023 as the turnout were impressive and impactful for Premium brand.
