Premium non-lauric vegetable fats are selected from only the finest raw materials and feature specific characteristics which fulfill the requirements of various dairy applications in the ice cream industry. They are transfree with good melting properties, mouthfeel and flavour release.

MFR 2932 is a milk fat replacer which is an assortment of high quality non lauric vegetable fats, with specific characteristics, to fulfil the requirements of the various dairy applications. No hydrogenation process is involved. This product has good melting properties, being quite hard at lower temperatures and melting completely at body temperature. This is important for the mouthfeel and flavour release when eating the finished product. A vegetable fat based milk fat replacer should have similar melting properties in order to replace milk fat without affecting the quality of finished products.

It can be used as an ice cream fat

RPO LC is a pure palm oil which is a GMO free product made from selected palm fruit and processed under a controlled environment. Due to higher natural antioxidants present in the oil, the oxidative stability of RPO-LC is superior compared to commodity grade Palm oils.
