Premium Vegetable Oils Sdn Bhd and Premium Fats Sdn Bhd in Malaysia and Arani Agro Oil Industries Ltd in India which were a part of the Premium Nutrients Berhard (PNB) Group were acquired by Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd on 7th July 2011. With this acquisition, Goodhope has also secured all intellectual property rights including the Premiun Nutrients brand name.  Henceforth, the former owners of Premium Nutrients will have no dealings with these three companies and the Premium Nutrients brand name.
