Premium Vegetable Oils Sdn Bhd made its presence known with a range of specialty fats and refined oils with an impressive stall at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Center. This was managed by Abraham Alexander, Vice President  - Marketing, Srikanth Selladurai - CMO, Ms. Rozi Pilos - Sr. Manager (R & D), Ms. Saraswathi Ramasamy of the Marketing Department and Mr. V.K. Dhople - Agent for Gulf/Yemen countries.  Other Senior Officials who visited the exhibition are Mr. Prakash Mathavan, COO – Edible Oils and Fats Business Segment, and Mr. T.T. Rajah, Director - Business Development.

The participation of so many international leading companies in the global food industry this year is a clear indication of the important position that Gulfood holds on a global level.  With many developed markets delivering minimal growth, the Middle East region represents huge potential for companies.  With population in the GCC region expected to cross the 50 million mark by 2020, up from the current level of 40.6 million according to the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), meeting the increasing demand for food represents an opportunity for leading international players in the sector.
We had more than 300 persons visiting our stall, including some of our existing customers, agents and prospective buyers.
